As a Pilates instructor and movement practitioner for over a decade, Katy Loomis has seen and experienced the power and importance of movement. With a keen eye for alignment, Katy pays particular attention to how people move and uses that awareness throughout a session. She is a STOTT Pilates® Certified instructor with additional trainings for those with scoliosis, pre and post natal, post surgery and generalized low back pain. One area of specialty is helping participants bridge the gap between completing physical therapy and returning to their regular fitness routine. Katy enjoys helping participants discover ways to move and feel better in their bodies.
